RE:RE:RE:Dream Scenario

RE:RE:RE:Dream ScenarioThat definitely crossed my mind as I have been looking at the Goviex deposit. But Areva appears to be showing not much interest in furthering its interests in Niger. It certainly seems like the cost of protecting their asset militarily is outweighing any cost savings. Also remember that a 40 year old mill is 40 years old and probably past its prime and time for a new one. Areva has known about other deposits in Niger for quite some time and done very little to move them forward.
While I like Goviex from many angles Niger is not Canada and without the French there any investment would be on shaky ground. France stopped the development of a mine there and I suspect it is the instability of the region that is the reason for it. For the most part I have steered clear of Africa although I do have Paladin (weep) that owns mines in Namibia and Malawi.

Good thought though profit and it has merit.
