Why nobody see the CEO also bought 250000 shares on last wk?

Why nobody see the CEO also bought 250000 shares on last wk?He sold 1m shares on last Friday ( used blocks and not on TSX I guess) and also bought 250000 shares on last week. Very funny. 
The CEO invested a lot of money into the company over last 5 years, and continue buying even now.
