If you're referring to someone selling the project to potential buyers, that is the role of the CEO and CFO.  That said, this and other quality projects will attract buyers like bears to honey.  There are two sets of potential buyers that I see, (1) current lithium majors and (2) industrial players like automotive and battery manufacturers.  The lithium majors are motivated to maintain their oligopoly and are content to take all or a big piece (JV) of the quality projects that have a chance to come online.  This keeps other players from getting threateningly large, and grows their operations.  The major auto companies and battery manufacturers could look to vertically integrate and secure their own lithium projects, to lower their costs. They will be bidding against SQM, ALB etc.

Why not bring it to production and sell the lithium to customers ? If they sell the salar than what will be next, are they going to explore another salar or is NLC management team then filled with cash and ready for retirement on the Bahamas?
