RE:We Have To Legally Challenge ThisThis is a shocking example of a lack of understanding Schifty has of what has taken place.  What is Schifty going to mount a legal challenge to Tenor/Amber/Paulson/Courtenay/et/al?  Not in the realm of possibility.  Really let's hope for the open market to drive the PPS up & possibly a Buyout looming in the wings.
