RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:One Consideration.So what is a realistic timeline for "fruitful negotiations with Minesa?"   Are we talking months or years?   Minesa will want to consolidate the area but they will have to have better resolution of the paramo issue.  Will the Colombian govt move quickly or will this continue to languish as it has for years and years and years....
