125000, 425000, these are pretty big sums that were awarded to these defamation victims. However, it's up to TNY management to launch defamation procedures and honestly, I would prefer that TNY work on more important tasks than that. What you should try instead, its to convince Stockhouse to have an anti troll policy, by which we could click on 'report a troll' and have the person ejected from the board. It happened to me once recently - got ejected from a board, had to convince Stockhouse to get access back. It wasn't justified in my case, but let's see how MickyB could convince anyone that he is bringing something useful to the community.
