RE:Equity financingLet's actually hope there is indeed a financing shortly because if this is down to $.65 pre-reverse split on its own despite the recent news, we've bigger challenges than just dilution.

But take heart, there were two actual Analysts on the conference call this time - a doubling from several past ones. 

Imagine if we didn't have such a cornerstone investor who has safely tucked away 20% of the outstanding shares.

Spacenut will chime in (he always does since I'm the only one who gives this poor soul any recognition on SH), but this is more of an image issue than assets and that always falls at the feel of IR/PR. It's not a lack of trying on TGZ par,t as they do hit the road more than most; but I'm afraid it's become a lack of confidence that Young, Morgan and crew are worthy storytellers. 

Yes, I am critical of IR folks because, in the metals and mining racket, it's paramount to enhancing shareholder value. 

Let's hope the Banfro news is soon because they can't do the financing before it and if gold pulls back here, we could go under $3 again
