Takeover range price

Takeover range priceUnless there is big change in share price or management, this is mature for a takeover from another bank!    The share price doesn't match not even close the portofolio value.  Even worst, it's like if it was priced at a 25% decline growth/year for the next 3 years!  With a takeover, the buyer can keep or sell a portion of the portoflio and replace all the current management with the buyer existing management, so this means no extra cost for management but saving 2-4 millions per year of expenses!   As of today, the portofolio value is above 50 millions dollars but the market cap is at 12 millions dollars......if this is not a takeover situation well what whould it take to be one lol? Any comments?

p.s. Nice spike on platinum this morning! :-)
