RE:What's wrong with this stock?300 million in debt and slowing sales and decreasing revenue growth projections.  Particularly in the US which doesn't seem to want to move to chip cards. Just removed the dividend.  Coupled with low trading volume and you get this.

 I've been following for a while but the debt always scared me off.
