Crickets from Jekyl (no surprise) on providing evidence as to whether or not someone can be defamed if they are posting anonymously.

It appears it would be an uphill battle if the plaintiff has not been sufficiently identified by name.

(Not that posting defamatory statements is ever a good idea.)

Anyhow, it's an interesting read.
