Possible someone will hold out for more but unlikey anyone will counteroffer. EIC have a $5.7m poison pill to pay to iData if the deal does not go thru.
Anyone wanting to out bid iData will have to add that to their cost.
If you don't tender and assuming they get at least 90% of the shares yours will automatically be tendered at the 5.00
