LOL - You still have no proof of fraud. Fraud involves intent. For your info, remember this acronym in PSN's future - PEF. Please do not bother me in the future.

 Now think about that for a moment! 4 months later, that is exactly what happened to the assets and the patents of PSN and after a supposedly open bidding process, a Private Equity Fund bought them out...
 Now you know why I am 100% convinced this was a fraud right from day one. Also keep in mind that alot of folks had to be in on this to make the whole thing work...
