For those of you who may not know of Don, he was a co-founder of Peyto and still is a director. I will quote a few passages from the interview. On the failure of the markets

 The passage "pseudo ponzi scheme" is very interesting. The only Pseudo Ponzi Scheme that I am aware of that has come to light since that interview was published 22 months ago, is PSN. Was Don in anyway referring to PSN in the interview and did he know back then that PSN was indeed a Ponzi scheme? 
 Don did in fact have access to PSN's data room back in August of 2011 and he was involved in conducting DD on their operations and assets when Peyto was negotiating to acquire the old Open Range. It was ultimately determined not to proceed with a transaction at that time. The old Open Range then decided to proceed with the Separation Transaction. 
 What is also interesting is that a month before the article was published, Poseidon had announced their $82 million Bought Deal Financing.
 Looks to me like the music has indeed stopped...

Even more interesting when you look at today's NR concerning the proposed lawsuit against the former auditor of ONR/PSN...

Yet again more interest is now being focused on this in light of the recent developments with the Application Materials!
