FILE YOUR COMPLAINT THE OSC, BCSC AND TMX NOW!!!!!!

FILE YOUR COMPLAINT THE OSC, BCSC AND TMX NOW!!!!!!Oldtimer, you had them by the cahonees and on the run.  I was thinking worst case scenario we're looking at 45 million shares to cover the CVR buyout and converting legal fees into shares......Something seriously doesn't add up to cave to this terrible deal and Anna is allowed to stay on the board?  REALLY?????  I mean REALLY??????????

Just think of the money that has to be raised....Sure they can spout the line of equal prorated funding going forward but how will the little guy afford that?  The little guy hasn't seen anything yet!  Just wait until more money is needed and just wait for Tenor to put our share ownership into the dumpster through some sort of default which we can see a crystal clear example with Crystallex and they tried here already!

Read the recent release....Look at the game plan they are putting together long-term.  It's been well thought-out and they are hunkering down for the next 4 years!  Who iN their right mind would cave for even $5/share today when they could walk away with well North of $10 or even $20/share in 4 years time???? NO ONE!!!!

Please everyone, complain to the OSC, BCSC, and the TMX.  The only leg I think we logically have to stand on is that at least the prior CVR participants should not be allowed to vote.....Potentially even the gang of 13.  You can't simply throw us immaterial scraps and say it's fair for everyone to vote on a lopsided deal.  The other complaint should be the coincidence that took place to get 13 shareholders together into the deal and it magically added up to 2/3 majority exactly.....What are the odds?
