Thoughts/opinions on MegaUranium & NexGen

Any thoughts as to why MegaUranium seems stuck at around 20c when it holds close to 20 million shares of NeGen? Their stake in NXE alone is worth around 60 million so a little puzzled as to why it stays at 20c.
