I don't know about that man. GRCU was tied up with those folks and with the mess that FIN became, I am not sure that Kushtown was innocent in the failure. Their deal fell apart and noone really knows the full story.

Personally, I would like to see TNY and their de-alcholized Tinley '27 products in LV

Regardless, we will see very soon I guess.

Speculating on this, what came to mind was Finore's failed acquisition of Kushtown beverages in California, and I started to wonder maybe PNTV picked this up.
