All good points and I agree, thanks for taking the time...
But I also think BIG PHARMA are starving for new opportunities as their cost of research is spiking, their patents field is shrinking and more important, the timeframe and uncertainty to start, to bring a new molecule to fruition is pure gambling $$$ (if we may say).

I really doubt that there is only one player in the game here (bidding war) and the potential of PLI is so big on the long run...  so, 5-6 $ is just not enough (IMO)
Big pharma have LOTS of money...  our products are near commercialization.

Just c'ant wait to see the conclusion here, probably lots of surprises, exciting times to come for sure !!!  sooner then later !!!

IMO

Maybe you guys could enlighten me, but why would any company do a buyout offer for $5-$6 when they could literally buy a massive portion of the company for under $2?  Maybe they've already been buying at $1.70??  I have seen Rapid pine on about these takeout figures and how that number is too low for literally years now, but the fact is I HIGHLY doubt any company would need or ever does a takeout offer 200% over the current price...  Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd be surprised if a $3 takeout at this point wasn't accepted by most shareholders...  I'd take $3 now and move on from this story happily.  Particularly if Dr. Soon is on board and driving the takeout.  He hasn't made billions being the shining knight for little shareholders, and I doubt he starts here.  Keep pumping away though Rapid - year three of your buyout talk is even more exciting than the past!!
