Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:No Legalization Delay

RE:RE:RE:RE:No Legalization DelayHealth Canada will slowly loosen the reigns on higher THC product and concentrates as time goes on. Not to mention, there's substantial evidence showing the average consumer is looking to chill out with a more moderate THC product. I think you can draw some comparisons with the alcohol market in Canada, where numbers were released recently showing Beer at 9.2 Billion, Wine at 7 Billion, and hard liquor at 5.1 Billion. So the lion's share of the market is looking for a nice buzz, not to "trip out". =D GLTANRS (Good Luck to All Nevada Rays)

PLEASEEEEE write HC and have them allow a much more consumer friendly industry.  If what I see on menus is our future reality, LEGAL vs Black Market won't be an issue, as there won't be any business left for all the Lp's to share.

There is pot in America that is touching 36%, Concentrates at 93%  "real 93%"  as in PURE.

People smoke pot now when it's not legal...what are provinces doing now for driving under the influence? I'm not so sure their will be a major increase in pot users (could be wrong) just a legal way of purchasing for those that do.
