Complaint To OSC and BCSC

Complaint To OSC and BCSCPlease anyone outside of the gang of thirteen contact the OSC and BCSC with your complaint today.  This deal continues to remain absolutely terrible for all shareholders outside the gang of thirteen.  They are simply throwing us crumbs as they believe that will allow everyone to vote at the upcoming AGM instead of just disinterested shareholders which would have been the result otherwise in the prior construction of the CVR.  I am not accepting crumbs for waiting around here for 5 years while others walk away with my profits.

Here are the links you need to go to to make your complaint.  Our complaint should center around the current CVR holders not being able to vote in the upcoming meeting due to them remaining as the main benefactor of the CVR, and upon default would give them control of 80% of the company which is a change of control.
