I'm an LDS shareholder, and even I can't stand to read such idiotic drivel, positive about the company or not.

I would be comfortable with this version.

The Company spent over $500,000 in legal and corporate structure to build a unique first of its kind company (we have NDA's protecting the structure we've developed), like no other company anywhere LDS has the versatility while meeting all the proposed compliance aspects in California. This will set LDS apart from all others. Honestly as proud as I am of our team we can't share what may currently be the only California legally integrated operational template with the public or our competition. Others would change there structure if they had access to the LDS template, then they only have to follow a road map paid for by someone else "the LDS Shareholders". I don't believe that is any of our supporters intension, but, it would be the result.

Shareholder frustration is noted and it is reasonable given the circumstances. The operational challenges that have been in play are significant and we have met every challenge with solutions. However, this struggle has kept us cautious with are knowledge and reluctant to risk losing our advantage. The value of what we are creating will not be understood for some months to come, but, I expect our AGM to be the first glimpse of what the majority of our shareholders already believe, and they will not be disappointed.
