Core One Labs Inc. is a Canada-based life sciences biotechnology research and development company. The Company is focused on bringing psychedelic medicines to market through the development and production of psychedelic compounds, the advancement of psychedelic assisted treatments, and the integration of delivery systems technology. Its subsidiary, Vocan Biotechnologies Inc., has developed and filed for patent protection of a proprietary psilocybin production system using engineered bacteria. Adelanto Cannabis Related Approved Ordinances

This post is mostly for reference as I plan to refer to it in future posts - so don't look for a hidden meaning here.

I posted earlier regarding Ordinance 572 (link) and Ordinance 573 (here).

It occurred to me that there are a number of other cannabis related ordinances that the city of Adelanto has passed. These impact the various license areas including:

Cultivation (Ordinance 545, superseded by 553
Manufacturing (Ordinance 545, superseded by 553, superseded by 572)
Dispensaries (Ordinance 553)
Distribution (Ordinance 573)
Transportation (Ordinance 573)

The table below shows the list of cannabis related ordinances approved by the city of Adelanto in chronological order. Many of these have a 30 day fuse where the ordinance takes effect 30 days after they are approved. Also, the Adelanto Municipal Code (AMC) column shows which sections of the code are being updated by the ordinance. Some of these ordinances supersede previous ordinances. For example ordinance 553 supersedes ordinance 545 in that it replaces AMC 17.80.080 and AMC 17.80.090 and adds AMC 17.80.120.
