Perhaps we can expect good news.  Why.  Well in case of good news the price will go higher and the conversion of the 4mio$ will be less interesting.  Keeping the price low is probalbly the reason why anom is selling.

In many cases the conversion price is calculated based on the share price during a period of 30 days/a month.  So in this case we will have to wait until August 25, at the earliest.

Anyway.  I think this company is a take over target.  Perhaps by Chinese since they don't want to import slags anymore and only quality vanadium.  Since Arias is a fund, why not.  At these levels it becomes very interesting to buy it, cheaper then importing anyway.
