RE:Rowlands bought another 30KWell, seeing as he was buying in the .16-.17 range a year ago (we're at 0.09 now) COMPETING WITH SICPA (INSIDER) and EUROCONTROL (HIMSELF) I'm inclined to believe he has no clue what he is doing...
