I got the solution for APH

Just so Squishy does not think I am mindless and since he now has shares in Aph I have come up with a solution that will make Bruce Linton green with envy

1. The Canadian Securities Exchange has a policy to accept all USA dealing companies

2. Form a new listed company Aphria - Novo with all the US assets on the CSE

3. Aphria on the TSX will be clean of US assests and comply as Weed does

4. Current Aph shareholders will get compensation shares in the spin out Aphria- Novo
