I know that he's the vice president from the website... but i wasn't looking for this basic info. I was hoping someone here might have heard something regarding AC executives selling in advance for whatever reason and so I could shed some light. It just doesn't feel good when an executive exercises their options for almost nothing but sells all of it right away regardless of the company. It's not like he's selling to a mutual fund or something.... Sure, I guess he needs that $1M kitchen renovation.
