Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:What happened?

RE:RE:RE:RE:What happened? Are you privy to information that the rest of us aren't? Your claim implies knowledge, and there was absolutely nothing in the TMX comments to suggest that there is a clear position one way or another. In fact, the pith of his statement was that there would be no clarity any time soon. It was clear as mud.

I'm balls deep here now, and i took my position knowing there was a degree of risk, but it doesn't do anyone any justice to pretend that there is absolutely no risk at all. I understand that you are enthusiastic about Aphria, and you want to defend your investment, but you weaken your argument by calling people morons and claiming knowledge you (very likely) do not have. I've been guilty of the same things, trust me, but i'm hoping we can all look at the situation rationally from multiple perspectives while fully acknowledging the "negative" possibilities. I think we'd all feel more comfortable with our positions having done so. APH FOREVER, hosers...

At worst they would have to sell their U.S. assets and take the few hundred million they get from that  and expand heavily to Germany, Australia Etc. But there is no issue, check out the comment the TMX made, there is no new rule coming.

At least that's the way I see it.
...and yes Aph does have an agreement with Shoppers, just wait for it.

have a good weekend
