M.E.D.I.A.W.A.T.C.H.E.R.thank you for your feedback. i was looking at torstar website trying to find out the individuals part of the voting trusts. there are (5) groups. The STARSON (represented by Mrs. Elaine Berger, wife of the late Joseph S. Atkinson). The ATKINSON group (represented by Catherine Atkinson Murray). The RUTH HINDMARSH group (no trustee currently appointed). The LYNNE HINDMARSH group (represented by S. Lynne Hindmarsh). The CAMPBELL group (represented by Campell R. Harvey). The HONDERICH group (represented by John A. Honderich) and the THALL group (represented by Martin E. Thall). So if a class-b shareholder would like to engage in a dialogue with the voting trusts as to where Torstar is moving towards its future, he/she would have to deal with ELAINE BERGER, CATHERINE ATKINSON MURRAY, S. LYNNE HINDMARSH, JOHN A. HONDERICH, CAMPBELL R. HARVEY and MARTIN E. THALL. Normally, Fairfax being the lead class-b shareholder would take up that initiative. Maybe it has already done so and was rebuffed or postponed. i am not aware of what is going on backdoors. again, with a stock of barely $1.30, something must be going on as everybody is under the water with their holdings. as we currently stand the -TS.B- 52-weeks HIGH is $2.10 and low is $1.20, so inevitably something has to happen. i hope to able to add more comments at my earliest convenience.
