You can argue around the fact, and how it affected you or the masses, but you can.t incriminate or accuse of fraud, that has been settled and no civil court will hear them... And if they argue the latter they won.t make any money since its percentages of percentages of percentages ... Not worth it..but your lawyers may have you beileve different ..
