RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Not just BruceDeloittes opinion would have gone something like this....

In this jurisdiction, law and regulation prohibit Deloittes from giving an opinion which is qualified regarding the legality of doing busienss in the united states, but in our unqualified opinion you should immediately cease and desist from any commercial activity in the United States.

Now please pay our $200,000 invoice for our opinion and as long as you dont do business in the United States you will be fine.

I once had sex with a member of the law society of upper canada, and it was pretty dirty, maybe you know her? ;) But more to your point, i would need more info, like how much experience you had with law as it pertains to accounting practice, international law, cross border trade, and the implications of international drug policy etc etc... Whie i would respect your personal accomplishments, i would think an organization like Deloitte has a team of lawyers, each with their own individual focus and expertise, whose job it is to drill down into the nitty gritty of what we're talking about from absolutely every angle possible.
