RE:Over AllotmentThe rights closed at $30M, which was the commitment that the "big boys" agreed to. This means that pretty much zero other retail investors exercised their rights (not exactly true as I did, and I am sure a few others on here may have, but I targetted this rights offering for the attached warrant). Anyone who had exercised additional subscription privileges would have been filled.

The stock has responded quite well in the last few days. I will happily sell my shares for around 32-33c and keep the warrant. I expect the warrant will trade between 10-15 cents at current stock prices (I base this upon the pricing of other 5-year warrants with similar gap between stock price and exercise).
