I dont think it will be decades before pot is federally legall in the USA. If you look at what is happening globally and within the USA at a State level, I find it hard to believe that legalization at federal level will take decades. Even if technically it remains illegal at the federal level, will it matter when all states are allowing it and the feds do nothing to stop it? Besides a bunch of rehtoric I dont see Trump tweeting anything about shutting down the legal medical cannabis industry in the States. In fact, correct me if I'm wrong, but he believes that medical marijuana is a good thing.
I'm all for big pahrma entering the space. I have no issue with a takeover bid, I jsut hope it doesnt happen for another 4 or 5 years so companies can maximize the returns they will get for their shareholders.
