Alternate Symbol(s):  MBYMF

MTB Metals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company. The Company has six active projects spanning approximately 580 square kilometers in the prolific Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia. Its projects include Telegraph, American Creek, Red Cliff, BA property, Theia and Southmore. The Telegraph project is located in the vicinity of four porphyry deposits being advanced by mining companies: Galore (Teck / Newmont), Schaft (Teck), Saddle (Newmont) and the operating Red Chris copper-gold mine (Newcrest / Imperial Metals). The American Creek project is centered on the historic Mountain Boy silver mine. The project is road accessible and 20 kilometers (km) from the deep-water port of Stewart. Red Cliff is a past producing gold and copper mine in which the Company holds a 35% interest. The BA property is a silver-lead-zinc mineralization located approximately four km from the highway. The Southmore is in the midst of some of the deposits in the Golden Triangle.

itg

itgsome of you may have noticed itg buying shares of mtb recently, on aug 3 itg bought 800,000, on aug 9 they bought 400,000, on aug 10 they bought 1,160,000, and on aug 11 they bought 525,000 for a total of around 2.9 million shares bought with zero shares sold, some of you longs may remember itg buying a ton of mtb shares starting 2012, I had calculated itg was the net buyer of over 20 million shares of mtb since 2012 before this 2.9 million shares were bought, I am positive this is the same itg buyer as the one from 2012 as they follow the same buying pattern, always hitting the asks and never putting up bids, the reason they don't show up as an insider since the own over 10% of the shares is probably because it's a group of investors buying through itg, imagine a small junior stock with two huge holders, the itg group with close to 25 million and the Bernard family with over 25 million shares??? or more, throw in Eds millions of shares along with other directors and you have well over 50% of the shares in very strong hands, makes sense why we are setting new highs recently, I disclose again I own only 500,000, too bad I don't own more
