Magnum and Garyjan1I respect and share your thoughts on the foot dragging by PE. Regrettably they have granted PE and extension and will also be porceeding with the second year buy-in as per my discussion with someone at PE. We can only make our frustrations with PE's performance this past year and stress that it our hope that the same doesn't happen this coming year. PE seems to be spreading themselves to thin. Hopefully they will take the Glory property with a more serious view this next year. We need this project to get rolling.
