  There was a lot of plans to drill, pump out lexington, Mill to be readied for startup, some equipment to purchase plus probably a couple of pickups or crummies.  that would take funding     Purchases of extra territory plus the Motel used  a lot of cash on hand.     Then  the travelling Wolfe was doing lawyer, accounting and permitting fees.      With no revenue being generated for another three of four months.   From my perspective they were still short funded.    It may be easier to contract out the underground mining and delivey to the plant.  To someone like   Brian Mills (Genex)   That type of work is there principal business and are top notch at it.     Big bucks to purchase every piece of equipment needed.
