I think this is the Kazakhstan contract. There was an adjustment to their budget for insurance costs to cover EO launch and satellite assets. It was roughly for $18M USD. I'll find the link tonight and send it for those that care to see it.

All the other commentary seems to jive with where Kazakhstan was in the purchase process.

This is much better news than I thought we were going to get today.
