still $40 million per year in debt interest costsThey have done well reducing total debt , carefully selling non core pieces (cept for that 35% of alder flats) , hopefully they can sell the rest of the non producing acreage(200k acres i believe ?) for a few hundred million and really get the debt monkey off their backs otherwise net cashflow gets crimped too much . Trading at 7 times cashflow which is very normal compared to even the best producers right now so i dont see much chance of share price increase until a rise in ng or a surprise asset sale .
