Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:Another great move by aphria

RE:RE:Another great move by aphriaMy initial gut reaction is I like it, but jury still out.  I like that they earn 8% on their fully secured investment assuming their is 11.5 million value in the assets.

They have two years to decide if they want to convert to common shares at $2.70 price.

I believe Hydrx Farm raised cash earlier in the year by way of private placement at $2.60 per share.

Need to look further into how Hydrx intends to monetize their formulations of cannabinoid compounds, which should happen later this year and into 2018.  Hence the need for supply of plants.

Since SF isn't publically traded they took a security charge (General Security Agreement) over all their assets.

But they still have the convertible feature. So SF will likely go public within next two years.

Would love a rundown on what their patent pending is about.
