In my opinion the DTC certification is really important.... Since Mexico contract, we have seen a lot of selling pressure and big walls put at the .13 / .135 level. I think it was done to give a better entry point to big investors in USA like BugattiBoy reported. I can be wrong here, but something tells me that once we get it, we should see significant volume on the stock. Hope I'm right ! GLTA
