RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Resileant Hey, If I happen to educate someone alomg the way, then i am happy.  The TSX is a regulatory body.  It cannot stop production or anything of the sort.  It can put restrictions on who can sell and a trading halt, but other than that, they can't do anything.  i will start a new post on Glencore and Katanga.
