Company will be sued because the share price dropped a month or two after a bought deal?

This is how the stock market works. Things go up and things go down. 

You are not sure whats going on but you are sure something stinks and if the company is not careful (what does that even mean - what does the company have to do to be careful - try to come out and request the share price to move up) - then those who bought at a higher price will sue them?

Stop trying to spread wrong news and fear. Your post was worse than Snake over at CUF and i thought that would be impossible.
