RE:Management/Employee Acquisition of Avcorp

RE:Management/Employee Acquisition of AvcorpI don't think this is a possibility. For all intents and purposes, Panta owns Avcorp and he is accumulating every opportunity he gets. He provides short term funding needs in exchange for nominal interest payment and lots of options. He has deep pockets and I believe guarantees the bank loans as well.  So unless Management/employees have deeper pockets than Panta, it will not happen. Panta has invested about 15 to 20 million in Avcorp in the last 10 years. I don't think he will be happy with just doubling his money. But let's say if he is fine with it, Management/employee will not be able to raise that kind of money. Only an Equity firm will have a deep enough pocket to make an acquisition.
