My guess would be altering some form of sugar at the molecular level. It sounds like they have found a way to "hallow out" sugar molecules, which provides the same amount of perceived sweetness, but with less actual sugar intake. I'm wondering if submitting sugar to the REV process, if this could be the result. This is only my own opinion at this point, but if you search back on what 2packhabbit had to say on this forum last year, you'll see similar discussions.
