RE:Q2 out this month... any ideas?Can anyone explain why TEC hasn't restructered the debt on their own.  They keep charging 12% which is accruing plus additional penalties.  Plus they own alot of stock which if I remember correctly is underwater.

Are they just assuming someone will come in with a blank check and make them whole which will also increase the share price?

If thats the case - wouldn't it have happened a long time ago?  I know they don't want to own the company but seems like their cutting their own throat along with all of us.
