RE:RE:How's Brampton market holding?I know a family who bought T.O $1.3 million dollars home in March. The home is now worth about $1 million with the comparables in August. That's $300k loss in just a few months.

If they have to sell for whatever reason they will be down huge. I am sure they wish they never followed horrible realtor advice.
