Oils and Capsules

I see that the concentration of Cannabis equivalent in Oils is now 1 gram to each 8ml up from 10ml i.e. stronger. Does anyone have any idea what the ratio would be for capsules? I assume they would be much stronger even as high as 1 to 1? It must be pretty strong as 271 kgs of capsules is valued in inventory at $2,873,000. Your input is apreciated.
