is everyone planning to live to be a hundred?you would think so with the snail pace of progress.  How sincere the natives are in developing the north is suspect.  To throw away another generation  that might benefit from roads being built into their communities and the economic winfalls to follow is beyond comprehension. Are they stuck in the 1950s.  They can always complain to the U.N. how awfull they are being treated.  Easier then looking in the mirror  I guess.
