That the company is valued at US$460M, excluding cash of $177M. If NSU's 60% of Bisha is generating (after-taxes, G&A, exploration, and a dividend) $40M per yer for the next 4 years, Bisha must still be worth at least $150M, which leaves just over $300M for the remaining licences around Bisha and Timok. Given the company's record this year, I can understand the huge discount, but it is hugely undervalued - especially given the current values of gold, copper and zink, as well as the Timok potential. Timok alone should be valued at well over $1B. Expect a big bounce over the next 45 - 60 days when better Q3 are reported, and the Timok PEA is announced. Things will get better from there.
Can everyone please fire an e-mail to Heather or Peter and demand that a share buy-back be initiated immediately. If the company cannot understand that purchasing their own shares is actually a good investment at these levels (~ 38% below book value) then there will be a shareholder revolt. A share buyback will also send a message to the market at large that we have turned the corner as they stated. Not addressing their share performance, is an indication that there is still another shoe will imminently drop.
