The fact is this stock price would be much higher only for the fact that it is actively being held down by the institutions


There is just no limit to your gullibility, is there?
 
The claimed and never proven percentage of institutional holdings has remained unchanged for as long as I have followed EUO.
The telling and somewhat funny part ... This number even remained unchanged during the period when McWhirter darted in and out with some 10 Mil shares.
 
You need to be more selective in terms of regurgitating corporate BS. LOL
