Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

I have not reread the NR.
Every Private Placement I've participated in always had a hold period in the past.
I assumed that was standard.
I've typically invested in junior mining sector.
So If i was incorrect in my assumption, I appologize.

Also if i was correct, I don't think in september we would drop any lower then already are what I meant was if we climb back up to 0.12 or 0.15, we might drop back down to 0.09 - 0.10.
I don't think we will see these 0.08 much longer.
I didnt' mean to scare people off. I still think this is a great buy at these prices.
I was just stating that it's also a great by in december at a higher price with lower risk.
