Busy Week

Busy WeekI have been too busy at work during the last 3 months but have made some time this week to look at LEAF in some detail. With CGC's results out on Monday as well it's been busy and what a contrast between the two companies results.

I like alot of what I see here, low costs of production, low inventories, high av sales prices and great margin, $86m cash in bank. Only concern is whether sales growth has stalled. Certainly the impact of changes to the veterans sales has imcated past two quarters. With last quarter revenues annualized the multiple for current capitalisation at $8.00 is 17 considerably lower than those of ACB's, APH's and CGC's. It will be interesting to compare APH and LEAF over the next few quarters.

I'll watch a bit more but am very tempted to dip my toe in this water.

Readers any major concerns? Please advise.

Thanks and GLTA.
